Guidetti spent last season on loan with Dutch Eredivisie side Feyenoord Rotterdam scoring 20 goals in 23 appearances for the Holland Giants. His performance on-loan is for certain one of the biggest reasons why the Eastlandsâ club has been so keen to keep him onboard.
Although he is yet to truly have a run with the first team he is expected to begin making cameo appearances in the coming seasons. However, the true issue that could see him forced out in the following years is the existence of both Sergio Aguero and Mario Balotelli in the first team.
Both current senior players at the club are not too far advanced from Guidettiâs age, and they could see him eventually take his leave if offered the chance much in the way young Daniel Sturridge did a few seasons ago when he left for Chelsea.
