After another frustrating weekend in the English Premier League, Manchester United appear to be looking at every possible option for the coming January transfer window. With the ongoing contract debate with Portuguese winger Nani, it looks as though the player could be going up on the trading block.
According to TalkSport on October 1, 2012, the Red Devils are reportedly looking to make a player and cash deal with Inter Milan to acquire the services of Holland international midfielder, Wesley Sneijder.
The talented attacking midfielder has been linked with the Manchester club for the last two transfer windows, and despite the believed interest in him, the Red Devils are not believed to have made an official offer in the windows of the last year.
However, it now looks like Sir Alex Ferguson could be more willing than ever to get down to business and get his desired new midfielder and makeshift wide player to ensure that his club can stay on the road back to the top of the EPL rather than being forced down the road to only the top four if they are lucky.
